Thank you for making something for me. The bottom line, if you're scanning the letter quickly. I would like some happy endings or fun worldbuilding for the canons and characters I have requested. 

I have given you a lot of ideas below. This list is intended to reduce stress and anxiety for you. Please pick a few suggestions you will find interesting or easy or fun to work with, and feel free to ignore where our kinks and favorites conflict. I hope to get a creation with one or two things I like, do not feel any pressure to cram all of my likes in one piece.

Some stuff I like in general:

• Worldbuilding and character backstory: I was a science-fiction fan before I was a slash fan or media fan. I think the interesting stories are “but why does it work like that?” and “what happens when you go like this?” I’m especially interested in gender/family roles, religion, and universal design.

• Casefic/could be an episode: I requested these fandoms because I like the fandom, so if you want to write something that could have been canon, I will probably like it.

• Trope inversion and crack treated seriously (but nothing from the POV of inanimate objects).

• AUs: canon divergence (especially fix it), time travel, ABO, soulbond, supernatural masquerade [i.e. people are secretly werewolves, vampires, etc. but it's kept secret from mundanes]), kidfic, pregnancyfic including MPREG. I don’t have strong feelings about rules for ABO or soulbond or magical system; I like seeing what you did with the concept. DNW mundane AUs for magical/science-fiction fandoms.

• Queerness: This does not have to be in the context of romantic or sexual relationships! Queer friendship, queerplatonic relationships, child raising, queer political organising, queer community places, all of that is also good!

• Found family: I like when a found family is bonded by going through unusual circumstances no one outside their circle will understand, and they actually like one another by the end of that bonding adventure.

• Marriage of Convenience: I like meeting someone(s) you don’t know well and are unsure if you can trust them, but you are forced by circumstance into proximity and cooperation, and you learn to appreciate and care for one another over time.

• Stories where the protagonists fit into a broader community, especially but not limited to the other canon characters.

• Relationship negotiations: If the characters are asking and answering “What do you need, what do you want, how do we make this work so we’re all happy and content?”, that is great! I like negotiations in order to agree to try a relationship, I like negotiations to change the status of a relationship, and I like negotiations where people’s needs have changed or been newly recognized, so they need changes in the relationship. I’m not interested in breakup negotiations.

• Sex scenes or kinky/bdsm scenes, especially those that advance the plot or reveal something about character.

• Safer sex, cunnilingus, vaginal fisting, rimming, fingering, sex toys, knife play, and pegging

• Lactation kink, real or simulated; joyfully adopted feminization of male-identifying characters; size kink not related to feminizing or emasculating; informal power imbalance, where it's not that they've explicitly negotiated a scene, just that these two people aren't in equal stations in life, and they both are aware of that, and it's just part of how they relate to each other; watersports and omorashi

I like this fandom because I like that there's a big focus on relationship negotiation, found family, and arranged marriage. I also like that there's a lot of paranormal worldbuilding. If you wanted to write a story dealing with more household logistics or arranging the calendar, I would eat that up. Would also love a "monster comes to town" story. Do we fight? Do we fuck? Do we make friends?

Exception to chosen characters: If you want to write about Anita dealing with a romantic/sexual relationship with a woman, I would happily read that.

Nampeshiweisit Series - Moniquill Blackgoose

I have not yet read To Ride a Rising Storm. I hope to do so by reveals, but if you are drawing from that part of canon, you may want to explain a little bit more about what's going on in the story.

I love To Shape a Dragon's Breath for the worldbuilding, the casual polyamory, the sensitive portrayal of a racial politics both like and unlike our own. If you want to tell a story that makes the world bigger or digs into one aspect of the world, I would love it. If you want to write about Liberty and Kasaqua getting better acquainted, I would love that, too.

God's Own Country (2017)  

DNW BDSM/Kink, homophobia or anti-immigrant bias as a plot point

I would like something very gentle and happy. If there's conflict, let it be stress from Dad's physical health, some financial stress, or stress about agriculture. But I don't actually need there to be conflict. I just want a few scenes about how life is going well after the end of the film. (Maybe Gheorghe brings a nibling to the farm. Maybe they have to hire a new farm hand. Maybe they've saved up to buy a used agricultural machine and they have to entertain a bunch of sales people. Maybe Dad falls in love with a nurse and wants to move out of the farm house and everyone grunts about it.)

I Saw the TV Glow (2024)

Summary

I am a dummy who watched I Saw The TV Glow and was like, "Please tell me more about the Pink Opaque." So, like, please tell me more about the Pink Opaque.

I'll be happy with fic that is just pure Pink Opaque fanfiction or fic that deals with Owen and Maddy interacting with the Pink Opaque and seeing themselves/being themselves through the characters. I would also adore the Pink Opaque functioning as the gender/sexual awakening of your original characters [your favorite characters from another canon]. Or maybe Owen going home to ¿his? family and explaining his gender through the Pink Opaque, but managing to get his point across instead of sounding like he's hallucinating.

Murderbot (TV)  

Character: Dr. Mensah (Murderbot TV)

DNW: breathplay

Dr. Mensah sits at the intersection of dream boss/dream mom, so I'd like to get a story about her being a boss or being a family member in her polycule. If you don't know about her polycule from the books, feel free to make up family members, keeping in mind that she definitely has grandkids and maybe some great grandbabies.

I'd love something about her calmly negotiating (does someone want to introduce a new potential member to the polycule? Does a member of her research team want to retrain their role? Does she need to get something from the Corporation or a galactic corporation? Is she negotiating an asylum claim from someone who has been indentured?)

Or maybe she slipped and broke her ankle and now she has to let people help her, and it's hard.

Feel free to include Murderbot or write from Murderbot's POV, but please make a Mensah-centric story. A story about Mensah's relationship with Murderbot would happily qualify for me.

We Are Lady Parts (TV)  

DNW: explicit sex, breathplay, AU

I like this show as a hang out show. I like the show because of the music with its clever lyrics. I like the friendship between the leads, but also that they have relationships outside of the band. I like them struggling with Islamophobia and homophobia and their roles as women in the ummah.

You could write about them going on a little tour, or getting to give a presentation to a bunch of school girls, or struggling with the time commitment between their primary jobs/schooling and being in the band, or maybe in the future after the band has split up they get back together and some of them are still in music and some aren't. Just have fun!
